Streets and Roads
The Streets and Roads Department maintains the City’s network of roads and storm water drainage systems including right of way mowing, retention pond mowing and maintenance (only those retention ponds that have been designated to City), sidewalk maintenance, dirt road grading, tree trimming and removal, pot hole patching, ditch cleaning, sign maintenance, and repair/construction of drainage infrastructure. Additionally, this department responds to natural disaster events, prepares dirt roads for paving, resurfaces older rural roads and supports community safety.
