Creating Newberry's Strategic Plan

Beginning in the Spring of 2021, the residents, elected officials, and staff of Newberry will come together to produce our City's strategic plan alongside the City's consultant, the Florida Institute of Government.

Over the course of the project, detailed feedback will be gathered from personal interviews, a resident survey, community forums, staff discussions, and leadership forums to create a final plan. This data will be compiled to determine goals, objectives, and action items that will move Newberry into the future.

This process will take the whole community to assemble this plan, and the Commission of the City of Newberry, can not thank you all enough for the time, dedication, and passion you have shown to our local government throughout the process.
