CRA Grant Programs

The CRA offers a variety of grant programs or incentives for residents, businesses, and property owners in the district. Each program is designed to fufill and initiative listed in the CRA Plan.

Economic Development Programs

• Commercial Facade Grant Program
  Offerings include a 75% matching grant up to $10,000 for commercial businesses in the CRA district to improve their facade.

• Utility Extension Assistance Program
  Funding Assistance is provided to new commercial and residential projects that develop vacant lots within the CRA to connect to main utility lines.

• Commercial Business Marketing Program
  Reimburses up to $2,500 for marketing and small-scale promotional event related expenses to help local businesses grow and expand their reach.

Residential Programs

• Free Paint Voucher Program
  Free paint is provided to residents to improve their home. Pressure washing services are also provided.
