Discussion: Welcome New Members, Distribute Manuals, Collect Form 1s

Legislative Public Hearing: LDR 19-06, Ordinance 2019-15, an application by the City of Newberry, amending the Newberry, Florida Code of Ordinances, Appendix B, Land Development Regulations, Article 4 – Zoning Regulations, Section 4.4. - "A" Agricultural,” to allow for fully enclosed small animal boarding facilities within the Agricultural zoning district.

Announce date application will first be heard by the City Commission.

Legislative Public Hearing: LDR 19-07, Ordinance 2019-04, an application by the City of Newberry, amending the Newberry, Florida Code of Ordinances, to allow for the refunding of Development, Building and Utility fees as an economic development incentive to new and expanding businesses.

This item removed at staff request.

Legislative Public Hearing: CPA 19-02, Ordinance 2019-16, an application by the City of Newberry, amending the Future Land Use Map of the City of Newberry Comprehensive Plan, extending the Urban Services Area approximately one mile east on State Road 26.

Staff request this item be postponed time certain to the July 2, 2019 Planning & Zoning Board Meeting.
