Election of Officers
Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing: Resolution 2019-27/Application V 19-01, a petition by the City of Newberry, Owner, for a variance to Section 4.4.7 – Agricultural (A) Zoning District Minimum Yard Setback Requirements of the City of Newberry Land Development Regulations to allow the reduction of the minimum side and rear yard setbacks, from a minimum 25’ to a minimum 10’ on property approximately five acres in size, located approximately 560’ north of West Newberry Road, immediately east of Canterbury Showplace. The purpose of the request is to allow for the construction of the IFAS Agricultural Extension Office facilities to extend into the side and rear yard setbacks.
Announce date application will first be heard by the Board of Adjustment.
