Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing: CPA 19-06/ORDINANCE NO. 2019-26, an application by eda engineers-surveyors-planners, inc., Agent for Store Master Funding XI, LLC, Owner, to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan by changing the future land use designation from ALACHUA COUNTY RURAL/AGRICULTURE to CITY OF NEWBERRY AGRICULTURE on 4.86± acres of land previously voluntarily annexed to the City, located at 19518 W. Newberry Road, identified by Alachua County Parcel Number 04265-008-000.
Announce date application will first be heard by the City Commission.
Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing: LDR 19-11/ORDINANCE NO. 2019-27, an application by eda engineers-surveyors-planners, inc., Agent for Store Master Funding XI, LLC, Owner, to amend the Official Zoning Atlas by changing the zoning from Alachua County Agriculture (A) and Agriculture-Rural Business (A-RB) to City of Newberry Agricultural (A) on 4.86± acres of land previously voluntarily annexed to the City, located at 19518 W. Newberry Road, identified by Alachua County Parcel Number 04265-008-000. (This application is contingent upon approval of Application CPA 19-06.)
