Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing: Application SDP 19-01, an application by Gmuer Engineering, Agent, for Christopher Torrence, Owner, for Site and Development Plan Approval to allow the construction of a 12,000 sf building with associated site development, including parking and utilities, located at 954 NW 244th Drive (Lot 2 of the 41 Commerce Park).
