Commission Meeting

The agenda has been published for the Regular  Commission Meeting.

The meeting is a virtual and in-person public meeting, as permitted by Florida Governor’s Executive Order No. 2020-69. The public may attend virtually through the City's YouTube, Facebook, the Zoom Link below, by calling the phone numbers below (for audio only), Meeting ID: 882 8971 2570, or in person.

The public may submit comments to the board through email (info@ci.newberry.fl.us) or by calling into the public comment message line prior to the meeting. Public comment will be taken by telephone for all non-ministerial items on which the Commission votes. Once public comment is opened for an item under discussion, please use the raise my hand or Q&A feature in Zoom. If you are joining by phone press *9 to raise your hand. The meeting moderator will acknowledge your request and you will be unmuted to make your comment. Callers should state their name and limit comments to two minutes.  In addition, the Commission will open phone lines for public comment session for the public to discuss items not on the Commission agenda during the Public Announcement and Public Comment period.

The public is encouraged to submit any written or photographic documents prior to the meeting to info@ci.newberry.fl.us
