Legislative Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance 2019-11: LDR 19-03, an application by the City of Newberry, amending the Newberry, Florida Code of Ordinances, Appendix B, Land Development Regulations, Article 8. - Flood Damage Prevention Regulations, to make modifications to bring the regulations into agreement with the most current FEMA-approved, code-companion floodplain management ordinance for Florida communities.
Legislative Public Hearing and Second Reading Ordinance 2019-13: LDR 19-04, an application by the City of Newberry, amending the Newberry, Florida Code of Ordinances, Section 4.2.4 – Accessory Uses and Structures, Sections 4.4.3, 4.5.3, 4.6.3, 4.7.3, 4.8.3, 4.9.3, 4.9A.3, 4.10.3, 4.11.3, 4.12.3, 4.13.3, 4.14.3, 4.15.3, 4.16.3, 4.17.3, 4.18.3, 4.19.4, 4.20.3, 4.21.3, all entitled, “Permitted Accessory Uses and Structures,” to allow certain temporary structures to be placed within five feet of the side and rear property lines.
