Newberry Watermelon Fest Parade 5/16/2026

The Newberry Watermelon Festival Parade is on Saturday, May 16th.

All businesses, schools, clubs, sports teams, etc are invited to participate. New to the parade this year is a Golf Cart Competition, the theme is Watermelon. Decorate those golf carts to help us celebrate 81 years of the festival and 130 years of Newberry. Must be in the parade to participate in the competition. Winner will be announced at the festival.
