City Waives E-Check Fees

Due to the on-going concerns about social distancing, COVID19, and to assist our residents, the City will pay the customer's convenience fee for e-check payments for a period of 30 days for all transactions. This fee is normally paid by the customer directly to the processing company.

E-Check payments can be made online (click here) or over the phone (352-472-2161 ext 1). At this time, there is no change to credit card fees, however the City and our processor are working to have the fees reduced.
