COVID-19 Testing

The City of Newberry and the Alachua County Health Department have partnered to offer a COVID-19 testing site at the Newberry Municipal Building in Downtown Newberry on Tuesday, August 11th from 9 am to 12 pm. The Health Department is offering COVID-19 testing to Alachua County residents over the age of 10, regardless of symptoms, by appointment only. Residents who want a test should call, 352-472-5663 ext 148 for an appointment. Appointments must be made by 5 pm on Thursday, August 6th. A referral from a doctor is not required.
