Roundabout Construction Details: CR 235 & Newberry Lane

Big improvements are coming to the intersection of CR 235 and Newberry Lane as construction officially begins on the new roundabout project on June 1st.

During construction, drivers should expect detours and traffic pattern changes in the area. Please note that Newberry Lane will remain open to local traffic only during this time.

To help traffic continue moving safely, two detour routes will be in place for both northbound and southbound traffic:

• Option A: SR 26 → Hwy 27 → NW 78th Avenue → CR 235
• Option B: SR 26 → NW 202nd Street → NW 46th Avenue → CR 235

We encourage our neighbors to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and use caution in the area. We know construction can be an adjustment, and we truly appreciate your patience as we make this significant improvement for our community. Once completed, this roundabout will help improve traffic flow and reduce accidents along this corridor for many years to come.
